Black Box opened its doors in June of 2023. I wanted to build the best gym I could in my local area, Saintfield. I took all the best bits from the many gyms that I have worked in and been a member of and amalgamated them together to create Black Box.
Black Box is unique; it is not like any other gym you have been to. It is centred around you and your fitness goals. You will make friends and have fun with loads of outings and social events. Everyone is welcome here at Black Box.
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2006 and a Personal Trainer and pilates instructor in 2009. I am also a qualified CrossFit trainer of 4 years and Hyrox trainer for 2 years. In my first season of Hyrox I competed in 5 Hyrox events in Europe and UK. With more booked for this season.
